Celebrating 50 Years of Building Healthier Communities! This milestone marks five decades of building trust, providing care, and fostering healthier minority communities in Santa Clara County. With your helping hand at AACI's Better Together 50th AACI-versary Fundraiser, you ensure that individuals and families can access health care, therapy, shelter and feel hopeful about their future. AACI envisions for the future that everyone in our diverse community is healthy, safe, and well. The celebration will highlight AACI's rich history and showcase the diverse range of healthcare and wellness services that pave the way to a healthier life. It's also a chance, for AACI, to express gratitude to our incredible partners, donors, and sponsors who share our commitment to strengthening the resilience and well-being of our community.
AACI's 50th Anniversary gala event is on Friday, September 6th, 2024. The event will focus on celebrating the past and focusing on the future lives we can change for the better.
For communications leading up to the event, create a series of social media posts and email blasts that promote AACI’s 50th anniversary celebration and inspire AACI’s followers to purchase event tickets.

This digital sponsorship packet was shared with corporate and community partners in the year leading up to AACI Better Together 2024: 50th Anniversary Gala. From 2023 to 2024, we were able to secure $320,000 in sponsorships.
Save the Date Postcard

This postcard was professionally printed and then mailed in-house to over 780 recipients, including corporate/community partners, individual donors, political officials, etc. It was mailed out about 5 months before the gala to share preliminary event details to constituents that might be interested in attending.

This invite was professionally printed and then mailed in an envelope through a vendor to over 780 recipients, including corporate/community partners, individual donors, political officials, etc. It was mailed out about 3 months before the gala to share event details to constituents that might be interested in attending.
Event Program
8.5” x 11”, 28 pages, event program booklet
This booklet was printed and distributed amongst gala attendees. It included a message from AACI’s CEO, the event program, live auction package previews, the master of ceremonies’ bio, the honorees’ bios, 26 different sponsor ads, etc. A digital version of the program was also distributed via email pre- and post-event.

Overall Outcome
All 350 gala tickets were sold, and the event was met with positive feedback from the organization’s executive leadership and major individual/corporate donors. Between individual donor contributions and event sponsorships, AACI was able to raise over $460,000 to serve our clients from marginalized communities in the Bay Area!
